Remembering 9/11

The Creighton University College Republicans and Democrats sponsored a series of events on the Creighton campus to commemorate the sixth anniversary of 9/11.

Almost 3,000 flags were on display on the grounds outside the Skutt Student Center, one for each of the victims of 9/11.

At 9:11 a.m. the bells of St. Johnís Church rang 11 times and almost 100 people attended a brief prayer service given by Fr. Bucko on the mall.
