Josh Potter, Lenexa, Ks., has been awarded one of five Pi Sigma Alpha/Howard Penniman Graduate Scholarships for the 2008-2009 academic year. The 2008 Creighton University political science graduate served as a research assistant in the fuzzy spatial modeling project. Potter has enrolled in the doctorate program in political science at Washington University in St. Louis.

Pi Sigma Alpha is the national political science honor society.
