New Book Chronicles One Hundred Year History of Creighton Law School
Creighton University School of Law has published a book celebrating its centennial titled “To Educate and Serve: The Centennial History of Creighton University School of Law, 1904-2004.” It is available at the Creighton Bookstore for $20. Shipping and handling fees will be charged for mail orders.
Written and complied by law alumnus Oliver B. Pollak, Ph.D., the book is a narrative of the one hundred year interaction between teachers, students, administrators, the judiciary, and the practicing bar, and chronicles what it means to be a lawyer in America.
Pollak is a professor of history at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He earned his Ph.D., in history at the University of California at Los Angeles. Her received his law degree from Creighton in 1982.
