Creighton Professor Named AACP Academic Leadership Fellow

Amy Friedman Wilson, Pharm.D., associate professor of pharmacy practice at Creighton University, has been named a 2009-10 academic leadership fellow by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).

The Leadership Fellows Program is a year-long experience with four intensive sessions at various U.S. locations; it is supported by an ongoing informal program of mentoring and introduction to leadership roles at the fellows’ respective institutions. The experience is designed to develop the nation’s most promising pharmacy faculty for roles as future leaders in academic pharmacy and higher education.

Wilson is director of the Center for Drug Information & Evidence-Based Practice at the Creighton School of Pharmacy and Health Professions.
