Lied Center Art Gallery Presents Juried Print Exhibition

Creighton University Lied Center Art Gallery Presents Juried Print Exhibition

The Lied Center Art Gallery at Creighton University is hosting a juried print exhibition from the Omaha Print Guild at the Hot Shops Art Center. The exhibit titled “Adornment,” opens Jan. 10 and runs through Feb. 9.

An opening reception will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday Jan. 10. The exhibit and reception are free to the public.The gallery is located on the Creighton campus at 24th and Cass St.

The print exhibit, organized by Watie White, Amy Haney and Eddith Buis , centers around many themes: costumes, rituals, uniforms, personal identity and social statements.

The exhibit was funded by the generous support of Richard and Mary McCormick Endowment for the Fine and Performing Arts, the Grace Kennan Fund and an anonymous source.
