Dr. Pudunagar Subbiah Joins Creighton

Shan (pronounced Shawn) S. Pudunagar Subbiah joined Creighton University School of Medicine in July as an assistant professor of internal medicine, hematology/oncology division. He will practice hematology/oncology at Creighton University Medical Center and Omaha VA Medical Center.

Pudunagar Subbiah earned his medical degree from The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University in Chennai, India (2000). He completed residencies in hematology/oncology at Doncaster Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom and Institute of Cancer Research at the University of London, residencies in internal medicine at Doncaster and Case Western Reserve University/Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at Case Western/University Hospitals of Cleveland (2009).

He is interested in the treatment and management of solid tumors, particularly lung and colon tumors, as well as hematological diseases. To schedule a patient appointment, call 402.280.4364.
