Fenner Elected Chair-Elect of State Bar Association House of Delegates

Creighton University Law Professor G. Michael Fenner was elected chair-elect of the Nebraska State Bar Association House of Delegates at its annual convention in October. The House of Delegates is the policy making body for the State Bar Association.

Fenner is the James L. Koley 54 Professor of Constitutional Law. He received the Nebraska State Bar Foundations Shining Light award in 1992 and is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs for lawyers, judges, and their support staffs.
