Theology Book Awarded First Place by Catholic Press Association
Theology professors Todd A. Salzman and Michael G. Lawler were awarded first place for the Catholic Book Award in the theology category by the Catholic Press Association for their book “The Sexual Person: Toward a Renewed Catholic Anthropology” Georgetown University Press, 2008.
Salzman is the chairman of the Department of Theology, and Lawler, is professor emeritus of theology at Creighton University. Their work highlights the various issues of sexual morality in present-day society and is considered “a tour de force” by the Catholic Press Association.
