Bluejay Alumni, Families Flock to Destination Creighton
Creighton University is expecting around 750 undergraduate, graduate, law school and pharmacy and health professions alumni to attend this year’s annual reunion weekend Oct. 1 - 4. “Destination Creighton” will feature continuing education programming, guided tours of the campus and downtown Omaha, a special Mass at St. John’s Church, reunion class parties and other activities including a Saturday after-hours gathering at Billy Blues Alumni Grill in the Mike and Josie Harper Center for Student Life and Learning on campus.
“Not only are we showcasing the changes on campus, we are encouraging our alumni to attend the Homecoming men’s soccer and women’s volleyball games also being held that weekend,” said Diane Dougherty Crowley, BA’ 82, assistant vice president for Alumni Relations. “An added bonus on the schedule this year is the annual Alpha Sigma Nu lecture showcasing the humanitarian work of the Jesuit Refugee Services that alumni can attend,” she added.
