Creighton to Hold Events During Epilepsy Awareness Month
The Department of Neurology at Creighton University School of Medicine will hold two events in conjunction with National Epilepsy Awareness Month in November.
Both events will be held in the Morrison Seminar Room at Creighton University Medical Center, 601 N. 30th St., and are free to the public.
Sanjay Singh, M.D., professor and chair of the Department of Neurology, will speak both events. The first will be at the 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 16 meeting of the Creighton Epilepsy Support Group, where the topic of the presentation will be “New treatments for Epilepsy.” He will also speak on “Brain & Mind – The New Frontiers” on Tuesday, Nov. 30, from 8-9 a.m.
