Creighton Student Art Gallery to Raise Funds for Sienna Francis House Program

Creighton University College of Business senior, Julie Thomson created the ‘Can You Spare Change?’ art gallery to raise money for the Sienna Francis House’s Recovery Program Fund through profit-sharing exhibitions at various business locations in Omaha. This fund helps individuals who have completed the program to access higher education opportunities that weren’t feasible before.

Look at the dates and locations below or stop by the gallery at the Skutt Student Center on Creighton campus to participate.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 7, Ted & Wally’s, 1120 Jackson Street from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., 25 percent of proceeds.
  • Thursday, Sept. 8, Red Mango,808 North 13th Street from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., a percentage of proceeds will go towards fund.
  • Friday, Sept. 9 Aromas, 1120 Jackson Street will have a change jar and a part of coffee sales will go towards fund from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Caffeine Dreams, 4524 Farnam Street, week of September 5, will gave a flat fee to the fund.
