Freshmen Take the Creighton Pathway

A highlight of Welcome Week for new students is "The Creighton Pathway." The academic procession takes the incoming freshmen on a symbolic walk from St. John's Church, the spiritual heart of campus, down the campus mall to the D.J. Sokol Arena for the President's Academic Convocation, their formal academic introduction to the University.  Along the way students symbolically touch Billy Bluejay for good luck and sign a banner to be displayed at the Skutt Student Center.

Creighton University is a Jesuit, Catholic university bridging health, law, business and the arts and sciences for a more just world.
