Annual Omaha Bar Association Lunch with Fenner

The Omaha Bar Association will hold the 18th annual “Lunch with Fenner” at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20 in Creighton University’s Harper Center ballroom.

The Continuing Learning Education lunch will feature a presentation by G. Michael Fenner, the James L. Koley ’54 Professorship of Constitutional Law at Creighton University. The topic of his speech is “How the Affordable Care Act case came out as it did: The long view, 1803-2013.”

Application has been made for .5 credit hours of Nebraska general CLE. Registration and sign-in are required to receive the CLE credit. The Omaha Bar Association is an accredited CLE sponsor in the state of Nebraska.
