Two Creighton University teams competed in the American Mock Trial Association’s Topeka Regional held February 15-17.

Creighton Mock Trial Team 1141 came in second and will advance to the semifinals in St. Louis on March 15-17.

Creighton had three All-Regional award winners: Stephan J. Waters, Best Attorney; Symone Sanders and Jonathan Katz, Best Witness.

The competition, hosted by Washburn University, included teams from Washburn, Air Force, Drake, Kansas, Kansas State, Nebraska, Colorado-Boulder and several other schools.
