Pakistani ‘Jazzical’ Guitarist to Perform at Creighton

Karachi-born Pakistani guitarist, Asif Sinan will perform at 7:30 p.m., March 18, at Creighton University’s Lied Education Center for the Arts in The Love: Pakistan in my Musical Score.

Sinan is a ‘jazzical’ guitarist who fuses jazz and Indian classical music. He is embraced as not just a musician but also a cultural ambassador of Pakistan, having performed with artists from USA, Germany and India.

He is also a part of the US State Department’s International Visitors Leadership Program.

The event is co-sponsored by Creighton’s Asian World Center, Fine and Performing Arts Department and Office of International Programs.

Performance is free and open to the public.
