Creighton University Holiday Closing Information

Creighton University is closed Dec. 24, 2016, through Jan. 2, 2017. The University wishes you and your family happy holidays, merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.

Christmas Mass Schedule
Christmas Eve Masses (Dec. 24) are scheduled at St. John’s Church on campus at 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Christmas Day Masses (Dec. 25) will be held at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Year-End Gifts
Please consider Creighton University in your year-end giving plans. Online gifts are encouraged for those concerned about meeting the tax-year deadline with their contribution. A secure online giving form is available at http://www.creighton.edu/giving. Online gifts via credit card need to be made by midnight CST, Dec. 31, 2016, to qualify as tax deductible in 2016. Gifts made by check or cash will be considered tax deductible for 2016 or 2017 based on the postmark date on the envelope.

Spring Semester Begins
Creighton’s residence halls open at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017, for students returning for the spring semester. Classes for undergraduate students begin on Wednesday, Jan. 11. The last day for registration and adding courses to a schedule is Jan. 17.
