Creighton Monitors Coronavirus Outbreak, Urges Good Hand Hygiene

Creighton University offers thoughts and prayers for the communities, individuals and families affected by the recent outbreak of the coronavirus.

The University is monitoring the situation, particularly as it relates to its campuses in Omaha and Phoenix, and will communicate information as needed. Additionally, Creighton is suspending all University-sponsored travel to China until further notice.

Creighton infectious disease expert Marvin Bittner, MD, encourages the public to follow good hand hygiene, washing your hands frequently, as a common-sense preventive measure.
