Creighton University announced today that it has earned the 2021-2022 Military Friendly ® School designation.
For more than a decade, Military Friendly ratings have set the standard for companies and colleges demonstrating positive employment and education outcomes for veterans and their families. Institutions earning the Military Friendly® School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey completed by the school.
This year more than1,200 schools participated in the 2021-2022 survey with 747 earning the designation. The Military Friendly® Schools list will be published in the May issue of G.I. Jobs magazine. The list can also be found at www.militaryfriendly.com.
With a dedicated Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, Creighton participates in and generously contributes to the Yellow Ribbon Program, helping bridge the gap between the Post-9/11 GI Bill ® and the cost of tuition. Creighton also offers a designated lounge and resource center for veterans and active duty service members located inside the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs.
GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at https://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.
