Winter Term 2022

Registration

Regardless of your classification, you may register for Winter Term beginning the first day of the Spring registration period. Your PIN assigned for Spring also works for Winter.

  • Freshmen must request permission from their Dean's Office to take Winter Term courses using the Override for Winter Term form
  • Undergraduates are limited to taking 4 credits during Winter Term unless approved for more.  Request permission to take additional credits using the Override for Winter Term form.
  • In either case, your Dean's Office will email you about the decision.

Students may also need to request other overrides as noted on Course Overrides.

Add/Drop/Withdrawal

Instructions

  • Before the Add/Drop Deadline:  Simply add or drop the course on your NEST account.
  • After the Add/Drop Deadline:  Complete this Winter Term Withdrawal Form then submit it to registrar@creighton.edu.  The form must be received by the Registrar's Office no later than 11:59 p.m. CST on the deadline noted below for the dates of your course.

Additionally, no University official signatures are required on the Winter Term Withdrawal Form.  You must sign it, though, and you are expected to notify your instructor and advisor of your withdrawal.

Remember that the Registrar's Office will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday Dec. 24, 2022–Jan. 2, 2023.  We will respond to messages once regular business resumes on Jan. 3, 2023.

Requests received by email or fax will be honored as of the date they are received.
