Transcripts
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Transcripts are released only upon the signed consent of the student and when all financial obligations with the University are met. There is no charge for transcripts.
Current students may request a transcript by:
Logging into their NEST account: Student Services/Student Records/Academic Transcript
or
Completing, printing, and signing the Transcript Request Form and submitting to the Registrar's Office in person, by mail, fax, or email (with form as a scanned attachment)
NOTE: Students who have a professional document that needs to accompany the transcript (i.e., AMCAS, PharmCAS, AACOMAS, LSAC, CASPA, AADSAS) may not make the request via the N.E.S.T. as there is no process for attaching the document.
Alumni may request a transcript by:
Completing, printing, and signing the Transcript Request Form and submitting to the Registrar's Office in person, by mail, fax, or email (with form as a scanned attachment)
or
Writing a request that includes:
- full name as when attended Creighton
- approximate dates of attendance at Creighton
- student ID number and/or social security number
- birth date
- current phone, address, email address [in case of questions or need to contact you]
- name and address (or fax number) of where transcript is to be sent or statement that it is to be picked up
- signature (required)
Requests may be mailed, faxed, delivered in person, or emailed as a scanned attachment to:

Transcripts are processed within two to three working days after receiving the request, however processing will take longer for current students at the end of the fall and spring semesters.
Creighton University transcripts are considered official only when mailed on official transcript paper, which includes a tri-colored stamp of the university seal and signature of the University Registrar. Transcripts faxed, scanned, or printed on plain white paper are considered unofficial.
Students should verify with the recipient of the transcript if it needs to be official or unofficial and the acceptable mode of delivery.
