The Reinert-Alumni Memorial Library contains several special collections. The library is also home to the Creighton University Archives.
Creighton University Archives: The University Archives collects and preserves the historical records of Creighton University, including correspondence, memos, reports, charts, minutes, programs of events, yearbooks, and other publications.
Carlson Fable Collection: A unique collection of more than 6,000 books and thousands of artifacts related to the fables of Aesop, La Fontaine, and others.
Dominican Republic Collection: The collection includes books, periodicals, and government publications about and from the Dominican Republic.
Rare Book Room: The approximately 2700 items have been designated as rare, valuable and/or having significant relevance to Creighton University, Nebraska, the Great Plains Region, the local area, the Jesuits, and the Catholic Church.
