Many publishers provide alert services to keep researchers informed of new research as it becomes available. The Library also offers several current awareness options that are not limited to a single publisher or discipline. These include alert services from IngentaConnect and EBSCOhost.
IngentaConnect is a citation database for thousands of journals in a range of academic and professional fields. The Creighton University Libraries carry a subscription to IngentaConnect's email alert service.
Faculty can select an unlimited number of journals for table-of-contents alerts, and set up an unlimited number of topical searches as well. These are run against the database on a regular basis and updates are emailed automatically.
