Information for Instructors

Faculty can place books, photocopies, DVDs, videos and other hard copy materials on reserve in the Library for an entire class of students to take turns checking out. To place items on reserve, you can submit the web form below as many times as needed, or use the PDF version at right.

The Library can also post course materials in BlueLine. We can scan copies, upload files, or provide stable links for content ranging from sample tests to journal articles, within copyright guidelines. These items can then be imported from the Learning Object Repository (LOR). Please use our Reserve Request Form in PDF for electronic reserves, instead of the web form below. We will contact you with instructions for access.

If you would like the Library to provide reserve item(s) from our print or electronic collections, we ask for complete citation information. We can also place your personal copies on reserve, although we cannot be responsible for damage or loss. Please allow up to four working days for processing.
