Coffee with Canines!
Students recharged this week at the Reinert-Alumni Library with the dogs from Midlands Pet Therapy. Pooches reported for petting duty in the library classroom on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6:30-8:00 pm. Thanks to Student Health for their partnership this year!
Honoring Our Veterans' Service
Are you a veteran? Are you related to one? Help us honor those who have served in our Armed Forces and those who continue to do so by filling out a card in the Library Commons. List the name, branch of service, and service dates if known. Drop the card in the box and the library will add it to the "Windows of Recognition" display. Veteran's Day is Monday, November 11th.
Check out our New Materials blog for the latest books and other materials added to the Reinert-Alumni Library collection.

A Shakespeare panel presentation will also be held in the SSC ballroom on Thursday, September 26th at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reception with Renaissance food and entertainment. See our flyer for details!
50th Anniversary of "I Have a Dream"
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech, the Library has gathered a collection of materials available for check-out. Please pay us a visit!
From the President
Fr. Lannon has announced the formation of a committee to transform the Reinert-Alumni Library into a vibrant Academic Commons at the heart of campus, for research, instruction, meetings, performances, and technology use. We welcome your suggestions and needs!
More changes in store!
The ceiling on the upper level will be fully restored and more new carpet and furniture installed by July 4th.
On the lower level, space will be cleared in the "triangle" study area to make way for new CeLAĪ offices this summer.
See the Library Flickr Page for photos of the construction.
