The Spring 2013 edition of the Cornerstone Newsletter is now available in the Creighton Digital Repository. Print copies are available in the Reinert Library.

Fire alarms scheduled for installation
For your safety, new fire alarms will be installed in the Library this spring, EXCEPT during mid-terms. Some disturbance is likely.

New furnishings planned
New carpeting and furniture is planned for the upper level. View a sample board with fabric color schemes at the top of the stairs.

Apply for the Master of Scholarly Resources Award
The Master of Scholarly Resources Award (MSRA) is presented annually to an undergraduate student who has shown outstanding achievement in research methodology and writing.
The MSRA is worth $350. More information is available on the library website, including an application form.

Building changes underway
The Library's interior space will undergo significant modifications in the coming months.
On the Library's upper level, the northeast corner will be cleared to host the Ed.D. Program in Leadership. Compact shelving will be installed on the lower level to make room for additional university offices.

New database trials announced
Education Source is an EBSCO database designed to compete with ERIC, and will be active for 30 days. The APA's PsycEXTRA for non-journal content and PsycCRITIQUES for book reviews will be available through June, 2013.
