Grants Administration: How to Submit a Grant Application

IMPORTANT: All submissions must be delivered to Grants Administration at least five (5) business days before the submission deadline

  • Complete Proposal Routing Form (PDF);
  • Enclose Original Grant Application Documents (i.e. project narrative, budget, budget justification, etc);
  • Deliver to Grants Administration;
  • Grants Administration will review for University and Sponsor compliance;
  • Grants Administration will contact the PI for corrections if necessary or route on to the appropriate Dean and Associate VP for Research if the proposal is in compliance;
  • Once the Dean and Associate VP for Research signs the grant, then the grant is returned to Grants Administration and is ready for pick up;
