Health Future Foundation Faculty Development Grant

Health Future Foundation (HFF) Faculty Development Grants are seed grants for full-time Health Science faculty members developing new research projects. HFF Faculty Development grants are for $20,000 over a two year project period.

Eligibility:

  • Full-time Health Science faculty members will be considered for funding. Part-time faculty including those who hold contributed service, special rank or visiting designations are not eligible for this program.
  • Faculty who have previously received one HFF Faculty Development Grant will be considered with a lower funding priority than new or previously unfunded investigators. 
  • Faculty who have been funded two or more times through this program are not eligible for this grant program.
  • The two year award is not allowed an extension or renewal.

Budget Restrictions: The following are not allowable expenses: faculty salaries, space, travel to conferences or scientific meetings, repairs, renovations, computer equipment and indirect costs. No more than $5,000 of salary and fringe benefits is allowed for technical and/or student support staff.
