About the Committee
The Research Compliance Committee assists the Associate Vice President for Research Compliance, Kathleen Diaz Taggart, in developing, implementing, and overseeing the research compliance program. The Associate Vice President for Research Compliance chairs the Research Compliance Committee and reports directly to the President of Creighton University. The Associate Vice President for Research Compliance and the Committee work with the following University committees, boards and offices to monitor specific areas of research compliance:
- Institutional Review Board
- Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee
- Radiation Safety Committee
- Radioactive Drug Research Committee
- Institutional Biosafety Committee
- Campus Safety Committee
- Office of Grants Administration
- Controller's Office
