EDUCATION/TRAINING

Responsible Conduct of Research Education is mandatory for anyone involved in Research and Sponsored Programs.

Creighton University is currently using theCollaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Responsible Conduct of Research courses to meet this requirement.  CITI has courses available in the following areas:


     Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research

     Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research

     Physical Science Responsible Conduct of Research

     Humanities Responsible Conduct of Research


SELECT THE ONE (1) COURSE THAT REFLECTS YOUR AREA OF RESEARCH.  YOU ARE TO ONLY TAKE ONE (1) COURSE.   RCR instructions  will provide instructions on accessing the CITI website, www.citiprogram.org, and registering for the RCR course.

There will be annual opportunities for continuing education in the responsible and ethical conduct in research.  These seminars will be well publicized and will concentrate on one (1) of the seven (7) elements of responsible conduct of research.
