Training Course

Designated individuals from organizations registered with the Student Leadership and Involvement Center (SLIC) may make reservation requests for spaces not being used for an academic course or a University event.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO RESERVE SPACE

  • You MUST be registered with SLIC to make space reservations
  • During the annual registration process you must provide SLIC with the name of two organization members responsible for making all reservations for your organization. SLIC will share this information with the Centralized Reservations Office. Only these students may make reservations for your organization.
  • Creighton Dining (Sodexo) is the exclusive provider of food on Creighton's campus. All food/beverages for events must be purchased from Sodexo. Violation of Creighton's Food Exclusivity Policy will result in charges.
  • Academic spaces cannot be reserved until all academic classes have been scheduled and spaces have been released by the Registrar's Office.
  • Centralized Reservations may need to move your event to a more appropriate space based on the size and nature of the event.
  • Please note that Centralized Reservations does not provide AV/technology equipment or support within classroom spaces. Any AV/technology needs must be communicated to DoIT Classroom Support.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

  1. Create your event on your organizationís CU Involved page.
  2. Receive CU Involved approval, which includes your event confirmation number.
  3. Complete the 25Live online training module to receive event request permissions (only designated individuals will be granted permissions; please see above for more information).
  4. Submit your reservation request through 25Live. When prompted, enter your CU Involved event confirmation number. Reservation requests that do not include this number will be denied.
  5. Receive reservation confirmation email with your confirmed reservation reference number.


*Please allow 24 hours of processing for all requests. Please do not make multiple requests for the same event.

**Within four days of the event date, you will not be able to submit a request via 25Live. Please contact the Centralized Reservations Office instead.
