Catering Exclusivity Waiver Request - Used by registered student organizations or university departments to request a waiver of catering exclusivity. All food/beverage on campus must be purchased through Sodexo (University Dining Services/Catering) unless a waiver has been approved in advance. Strict criteria must be met to be eligible for a waiver, so please review closely and plan accordingly. Waivers will not be granted for external groups holding events in university facilities. Please review and complete the form and return to the Director of Skutt and Harper Centers for review/approval. Please note that this form must be submitted 14 days prior to the event for consideration.
Outdoor Reservation Request - Used to reserve any outdoor space on campus, excluding athletic facilities. This process has been moved to the 25Live system.
Request to Serve Alcohol When Students are Present (to be used by university departments only) - Used by Creighton University faculty/staff departments when planning to serve alcohol during events at which students will (or may be) present. Please review and complete the form and return to the Director of Skutt and Harper Centers for review/approval. Please note that this form must be submitted 14 days prior to the event for consideration.
Regular Event Status Application - Regular Event Status addresses the parameters around using facilities for re-occuring events that may be reserved three (3) years in advance to approved Event Date Standards. In order to be considered for RES, events must meet all the required criteria listed in the Regular Event Status Policy.
