In accordance to the Cancellation Policy, all cancellation requests must be received in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event to avoid charges. Cancellation requests will not be received by phone.
How to Cancel an Event
1. Locate the email containing your confirmed reservation reference number. This number will look similar to this: 2014-AAFXBX.
2. Email your reservation reference number and your cancellation instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once your request has been processed.
*Please do not send in multiple cancellation requests for the same event.
