To reserve a space in the Faculty Commons, call 402.280.3717 or refer to the Centralized Reservations Contact Information.

Space in the Faculty Commons at Irma's Bistro is available to be reserved for faculty-sponsored, community-building, academic events. There are two spaces that can be reserved.

• The Landing - Can accommodate up to 10 people around a boardroom style table. An 70" LCD with laptop connection is available in this space as well as white boards for note taking purposes. The Landing can be reserved during normal operating hours (7:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday).

• Faculty Commons (Entire Space) - Can accommodate up to 100 people in the general seating area. This space can only be reserved outside of the normal operating hours (7:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday).

For both reservable spaces the space is as-is and there will be no special setup arrangements made. There is no outside food permitted in the Faculty Commons and food must be purchased through Irma's Cafe or Catering.
