Nominations will be accepted January 2 through February 1, 2013.

I wish to nominate the following Creighton University employee for consideration for the Staff Advisory Council Rookie of the Year award.  The employee nominated must:

  1. Employed at Creighton University fewer than two years, as of December 31, 2012.
  2. Classified between E through M.  (may be exempt or non-exempt)
  3. Be enthusiastic about his or her work.
  4. Have made significant contribution to his or her area or department.
  5. Embody the Creighton Credo.


The Staff Advisory Council encourages you to seek out others to complete this form on behalf of your candidate.  This will give the SAC a fuller impression of your candidate's qualities.
