I-9 Federal Employment Eligibility form
Creighton students who are being hired by CU departments are required to report to Human Resources with their original documents that prove identity and eligibility to work in the US. The mandatory on-line Federal Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form will be completed at that time. I-9 forms must be done prior to beginning employment.
Federal Work Study students complete the on-line I-9 form in the Student Employment Office, Harper Center rm 2054. Many FWS Freshmen / transfer students complete the I-9 during Summer Preview Sessions.
International students should report to the CU Payroll office to complete this form.
- On-line I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form You can start the on-line process by completing the initial information such as your name and address. Creighton's code is 12603. But remember that you will then need to report in person to HR staff with your ORIGINAL document(s) that prove you can legally work in the US. International students should report to the CU Payroll office to complete this form. Federal Work Study students will complete the form in the Student Employment Office.
