Below are some descriptions of what is being offered for the spring semester!


Group Personal Training with Brittany

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12:30 pm to 1:15pm, Feb 29 - April 15

Where: Rasmussen Center

Cost: $40       ***$55 if you do group personal training and express kettlebell class***

Class Description:

Interested in receiving the benefits and individualized attention of Personal Training without the cost? Then Group Personal Training is the right choice for you. Limited class sizes allows Personal Trainer, Brittany Baldwin to determine and address each memberís unique fitness goals and needs throughout the course of the 6 week session. With no two workouts ever being the same, participants will constantly be stimulated in different ways which promotes greater changes in overall fitness. Initial and post fitness assessments as well as weekly weigh-ins help to keep participants accountable and on the road to achieving healthier and fitter versions of themselves.


Express Kettlebell Class with Brittany

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30 to 1 pm,  March 1 - April 14

Where: Rasmussen Center

Cost: $25       ***$55 if you do group personal training and express kettlebell class***

Class Description:

Kettlebell training is unlike any type of traditional weight training because the unique center of mass of the kettlebell itself allows individuals to train multiple parts of the body at the same time through engaging core stabilizing muscles in almost every moment. In the Express Kettlebell class, Personal Trainer, Brittany Baldwin will utilize the fundamentals of kettlebell training in order to deliver an intense total body workout that will challenge participants overall fitness and increase abdominal/ core strength in just 30 minutes. 


TRX and Kettlebell Fusion Class with Joe

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:15 pm, March 14 - April 20

Where: Rasmussen Center

Cost:  $40 

Class Description:

TRX suspension trainers are an excellent tool for increasing total body strength because they allow users to deliberately change their center of mass, which constantly challenges the body throughout each range of motion. When paired with kettlebells, this match up delivers a powerful fusion of cardio and strength training that will transform and sculpt the entire body. Personal Trainer, Joe Lesnak has designed this class to push the cardiovascular and muscular fitness of participants of all fitness levels. 


Elite Performance Class with Kevin

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30, March 15 - April 21

Where: Rasmussen Center

Cost: $40

Class Description:

Come join former Division I Baseball player and current Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Kevin Giordano for a workout so intense that it can only be described as EXTREME! With the use of various types of equipment such as tires, medicine balls, weighted sleds, battle ropes, and all new Kettlebells, this class will push your limits and challenge you in ways youíve never experienced. However, this is not your typical boot camp class. Elite Performance class is designed to strengthen participants in all areas of athletic performance through the use of several modes of training including functional training, power lifting, speed/ agility training, and much more to increase speed, strength, endurance, and overall athletic conditioning.
