W.A.R.: A workout like nothing you've done before using TRX, sleds, tires, battling ropes, and more.
Location: Rasmussen Center
Session III: March 19 - April 25
Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
CU Goes Running: A running workshop for everyone, from advanced to beginner. Gain motivation while learning different running techniques (intervals, speed, hills, etc.).
Dates: Monday - Thursday; January 28 - March 7
Time: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Walk 100 Program: It's time to get moving!! Walk 100 miles on the KFC or Rasmussen Center track during the spring semester and win a prize!
Details: Check out a clicker from the KFC/Rasmussen Center equipment desk. Walk the track and record a "click" for each lap completed. Return the clicker to the equipment desk and the student worker will record the number of laps completed. Campus Recreation will track the miles completed for each individual and updates will be available on Friday of each week. Complete 100 miels and earn a prize!!
Laps per mile: KFC: 6.5 laps = 1 mile; Rasmussen Center: 8.3 laps = 1 mile
Prize: Free Summer 2013 Group Fitness Pass
Cost: FREE, but please register in the Campus Recreation main office so we can track your miles!
