Spring 2014 Group Fitness Schedule
The Spring 2014 Group Fitness Schedule has been finalized! Spring classes include: Cycling, Yoga, Tabata, Hard Core, Body Pump, Turbo Kick, and Zumba! Classes will begin Wednesday, January 15th.
You may take any class without having to present a Group Fitness Pass during "Free Week" which runs January 15th - January 26th.
The Creighton University Group Fitness program strives to provide a variety of classes led by knowledgeable instructors who believe in a balanced and healthy lifestyle. With such a wide range of classes there is something for everyone, from the beginner to the experienced exerciser. It is our goal to assist you in achieving your healthy fitness goals.
