We, the staff of Gallagher Hall, commit ourselves to act with integrity and will joyfully strive to foster community through the promotion of self discovery and the empowerment of our residents.

Joshua Lee, M.Ed, Resident Director
The 2013-2014 Academic Year will be my third year at Creighton and as the Resident Director for Gallagher Hall. This is not, however, my first role working with college students; I have had the pleasure of working professionally within Residential Life and Student Activities for the last five years. Additionally, I worked as a Resident Advisor and Assistant Resident Director for three years as an undergraduate student.
As an undergraduate I attended Saint Cloud State University and graduated with a Bachelors in Earth Sciences and Geology. I intended on using my degree to teach in a K-12 setting, however, after getting involved on campus I found my passion in Higher Education. I then attended Grand Valley State University we I earned my Masters of Education in Higher Education: College Student Affairs Leadership. My journey to Creighton University has been a fantastic experience and my time here has already been a life-changing. Creighton students are such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to my future years here.
Many residents and staff proclaim that Gallagher is the "best kept secret" on campus and I definitely agree! The students that end up living here understand the truly unique and tight community bond that is formed here. If you are looking for a place to call your second home, you can find it in Gallagher. As the Resident Director I oversee the daily operations of the hall as well as the hall staff (4 Resident Advisors (one per floor), 1 Assistant Resident Director, and 18 Desk Receptionists). Interacting with students is what energizes me every day and making their first year at Creighton a success is my primary goal!
