Where to Get Help

Getting help and talking to someone you trust is the first step in feeling better and recovering.  At Creighton, there are caring, trusted professionals who understand depression and are here to help students cope and work through their issues.  There are several counseling and mental health centers in the Omaha community to seek out help, as well as several online resources where you can find extensive information on mental health disorders and where to get help.
