Reason why I am in PEAC: I applied to be a Peer Educator because I wanted to be an advocate for a healthier lifestyle. An Advocate is someone who brings understanding and diversity to a community. Through PEAC, I'm able to bring education and understanding to the Creighton community, which will bring that insight to the wider community to create a better future for everyone. You have to start with yourself and make healthy choices mentally, physically, and emotionally to then bring that lifestyle and influence to others. It's all about being a good roll model for the Creighton student.
