New Reservation Application Coming Spring 2015!

Creighton University will be migrating from the current R25 reservation/event management system to 25Live, a web-based application. 25Live will be the sole application used across campus to reserve all spaces for non-academic course related events such as University events, meetings, seminars, dinners, receptions, conferences and more. Benefits of the new 25Live application include the following:

  •  Improved services to faculty, staff and student organizations
  • Serve as the primary application for displaying academic course room locations
  • 24-hour access to reservations and event information
  • Online reservation request submissions through the 25Live Portal
  • Optimization of spaces utilization and resources across campus

Please stay tuned for more information coming this fall!

Regular Event Status (RES)

The Regular Event Status program has been revamped and is back! Please note there is a new policy and application in place. A copy of the new policy can be found in the Centralized Reservations Policy and Event Guide and an application can be found under "Helpful Forms." All clients that previously had RES are also required to read the new policy and send in a new application.
