The Order of Omega is a National fraternity and sorority leadership honor society. Each collegiate chapter is permitted to offer membership to a maximum of 3% of the campus fraternity and sorority population each semester. The purpose of the Order of Omega is threefold:
To bring together the most representative fraternity and members and recognize these students who have attained a high standard of leadership in Greek activities, to encourage them to continue along this line, and to inspire other to strive conspicuous attainment.
To bring together members of the faculty, alumni, and student members of the institution's fraternities and sororities on a basis of mutual interest, understanding and helpfulness;
To encourage Greek leadership by sponsoring activities to promote the Greek community at Creighton University including the Greek Leadership retreat, Being A New Greek (BANG), and Greek Awards.
