Green Jays
Mission Statement
The purpose of this organization shall be
- To explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth.
- Practice and promote the responsible use of the earth’s ecosystems and resources.
- Educate and enlist students to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment.
- To increase awareness of environmental issues and sustainability within the Creighton and greater Omaha area communities.
- To encourage students to become involved in environmental issues and sustainability within the Creighton and greater Omaha area communities.
- To promote activism and reform regarding environmental issues and sustainability in order to ensure the possibility of a healthy earth and sustainable future.
