Phi Delta Phi is an organization that promotes the highest standard of ethics and professionalism in law schools and the legal profession by promoting leadership, campus and community service, and the pursuit of high academic achievement. Phi Delta Phi's charitable activities are intertwined with Creighton University's Mission Statement and the philosophy of the Jesuits. Phi Delta Phi members are highly involved in their community through their charitable contributions monthly to local organizations as well as to the Law School. Creighton's Phi Delta Phi recognizes annually an outstanding senior, and graduating member, in addition to the recipient of the coveted Doc Shugrue Scholarship. The international fraternity also recognizes outstanding members who have given themselves to the community and Phi Delta Phi with scholarship opportunities. Lastly, Phi Delta Phi will educate all members of the Law School with guest speakers throughout the year.
