Flavours Catering department is located in the Harper Center. We encourage all Creighton University students, faculty, staff and organizations to host their banquets, parties and special events on campus. We have three levels of catering services to fit every budget. For assistance in planning and menu selection, contact catering at (402) 280-2446. ·  Classics Catering Guide - This tier of our program is created for the more formal programs, meetings, receptions, and celebrations.

·  Community Catering - This program is designed for registered student organizations.

·  Economy Catering - This program is for the no-fuss meeting or event. This is a drop-off style of catering designed to meet the need for low cost and high satisfaction.

· "Build A Buffet" Menu - This option lets you build the appropriate meal for your guests, by adding vegetarian selections, sides, salads and desserts to your entree to fulfill everyone's tastes.

.   April Lunch Specials and May Lunch Specials - For a little change of pace.

·  All applications to serve alcohol must be filed in the catering office 15 days prior to your event if plan to serve alcohol. This process is necessary to allow adequate time for the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission to process your application.

·  Confirmation Policy: A guarantee is required three business days before your catered event. This confirmation and guarantee will include the exact times, location, attendance, menu choices and room setup. If your event is cancelled, you are responsible for contacting the catering department and canceling the event. You will be liable for up to 100% of your food bill for any event that is not canceled within three business days, and confirmed in writing by the customer.

·  Minimum Charges: There will be a minimum charge of $25.00 for beverage orders and $50.00 for food orders outside the Skutt and Harper centers. You may pick up your catering order in both the Skutt and Harper centers to avoid the minimum order requirements.

·  Irma's Bistro: All events in Irma's Bistro will include a $75.00 room set-up fee.
