Graduate Assistantships in Student Life

The Creighton University Division of Student Life strives to offer a rich participant focused experience for graduate assistants.  The division currently offers graduate assistantships in the Department of Residence Life and the Office of Student Success.  Explore this educational experience that combines excellent academic preparation with practical application.

 

The Creighton graduate assistantship positions offer an intimate program setting with multifaceted career experiences.  Graduate Assistants work along side entry level and higher administrative professionals to build a caring and intentional environment.  Graduate assistants find that they are challenged and supported in developing professional skills and have numerous opportunities to learn about faith-based universities in higher education.  Graduate Assistants find their academic coursework and practical experience of great value in both the private and public higher education sectors.

Graduate Academic Programs

Graduate Assistantship Application Process

  • Submit cover letter, resume and three references to the Graduate Assistantship Coordinator, Dusten Crichton.
  • Apply and be accepted, as a full time student, into a Creighton University graduate studies program.

 

Applications are processed on a rolling basis with priority given to those applications received prior to March 1, 2012.  Candidates may be contacted for a phone and/or on-campus interview after their application is received.
