Student and University Department Events
- Reservations generally will be accepted one calendar year in advance of the event, although special consideration will be given for weddings and conferences to help facilitate planning cycles.
- Reservations for campus events can be made by phone at 280-3358 or 280-1700, or in the Reservations/Event Planning Offices in the Skutt Student Center or Harper Center.
- Reservations will be accepted from 8 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
- For more information about holding a non-University event or a co-sponsored event, please contact Jana Ammon, Campus Conference Coordinator at (402) 280-3545.

Outdoor Reservation Request - Used to reserve any outdoor space on campus, excluding athletic facilities
Catering Exclusivity Waiver Request - Used by registered student organizations or university departments to request a waiver of catering exclusivity. All food/beverage on campus must be purchased through University Dining Services unless a waiver has been approved in advance. Strict criteria must be met to be eligible for a waiver, so please review closely and plan accordingly. Waivers will not be granted for external groups holding events in university facilities.
Regular Event Status Application - Used to request regular event status. Strict criteria must be met to be eligible for this status, so please review closely.
Request to Serve Alcohol When Students are Present (to be used by university departments only) - Used by Creighton University faculty/staff departments when planning to serve alcohol during events at which students will (or may be) present.

Conferences and Special Events
We welcome the opportunity to host your next conference, meeting, or special event at Creighton University. Situated in the heart of downtown Omaha, Creighton offers easy access to the airport, hotels, restaurants, and local entertainment. Limited on-campus housing may be available during non-academic sessions.
Facilities available for rental include two grand ballrooms, a 500 seat auditorium, and numerous meeting rooms for break-out sessions. We have a full service catering department to help plan your menus, or there are multiple retail food outlets on campus to satisfy any taste.
Creighton University is an entirely tobacco free campus. Please advise your guests in advance that smoking is not allowed anywhere on campus grounds.
