Commitment to the Community

University Dining Services at Creighton University is committed to the Jesuit, Catholic mission of being Women and Men for and with Others. Through our various programs, we strive to serve the greater Omaha community in concert wtih Creighton faculty, staff, and students! For example, the Dining Dollars Program at Creighton was first suggested to University Dining Services by Jason Bodewitz, a current student on campus. His idea and enthusiasm helped us build a program that has helped provide food products totaling $4562.42 to local Omaha area shelters. University Dining Services at Creighton is also proud to serve 100% fair trade coffees on campus. Past Creighton students suggested this to University Dining Services and their input led to converting all coffee--retail, catering, and dining halls--to fair trade coffee.
