Transcripts
Transcripts are issued by the University Registrar upon written request of the student. A Request For Transcript form is available at the Registrar's Office, A226. Students may also submit the request for transcript online on NEST. There is no charge for a transcript to be sent.
Copies of transcripts from other universities will not be sent. Transcripts must be requested by the student direct from the original issuing institution.
