Withdrawals & Refunds
Students withdrawing before the end of a term will be charged tuition and recurring fees on the basis of the period of attendance from date of enrollment as follows:
May Session/Term 1, 2 (3 week)

Three to five class days | 40% |
Six or seven class days | 80% |
Eight or more class days | 100% |
Other Summer Sessions

Thirteen or more class days | 100% |
Non-recurring fees, the University fee, and penalty and special service fees will be charged in full regardless of the period of attendance.
A student will be considered as having withdrawn from the University after two consecutive weeks of unexplained absence. However, this policy is not to be considered as revoking the regulation which requires a student to notify the Dean in person or writing of this withdrawal. Refunds are made to the student on the basis of the date he/she has formally notified the Dean in person or in writing of his/her withdrawal.
